This past fall, Roodner Court resident Deidra Davis was elected as the new Norwalk Housing Authority Resident Commissioner.  Davis succeeds Bernadine Tatem of Seaview Apartments who served as NHA Resident Commissioner for many years.  During Tatem’s tenure, she was involved with a number of new initiatives including the creation of the Learning Centers, the college scholarship program and the senior dinner program.
