The Norwalk Housing Authority’s Early Childhood Program is for parents and their children, birth through age three. The program provides a wonderful opportunity for parents to bond with their children while learning many valuable parenting skills. The program is FREE to all NHA and Section 8 residents.

A variety of activities are offered including fitness, art and drama classes, early literacy groups, story time, field trips and parent workshops. Free transportation is provided for all events.
