Discussion and Approval of:

a. Site development Agreement with Heritage Housing for Colonial Village Village Phase II.

b. Commissioners and Staff to attend the 2022 PHADA Annual Convention & Exhibition May 19-22 held at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio, TX at a early bird member registration price of $465 and a room cost of $226 per night plus taxes and fees.

c. Wendy Gerbier and Tianna Brown to attend the UNITY with COMMUNITY , for OPPORTUNITY National After School Association (NAA) Convention March 20-23 in Las Vegas at a registration cost of $580 per person and a room cost for entire conventions of $800 per person plus taxes and fees.
