b. Commissioners and Staff to attend PHADA 2024 Commissioners Conference, January 7-1, 2024, to be held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego, 1 Market Place, San Diego, CA at an Early Bird Special registration price of $495 and a room rate of $245.00 per night plus taxes and fees.
