Construction Manager RFQ - Requests for Information
1. In the RFP it states that the Hard costs for division 2-16 is $32,000,000. I just want to confirm the $32,000,000 isn't your entire construction budget and it's only the hard costs. Fully loaded that means entire construction costs are probably 35/36 mill.
a. Correct - $32,000,000 is just the Hard Costs. This is not the full construction budget amount.
2. Is all your funding in place currently to move forward with this project?
a. Sound has submitted funding requests through DECD and DOH with anticipated approval in Q4 2025. The targeted financial closing for this project will be summer 2026.
3. In reviewing the RFP looks like the anticipated construction duration varies in the RFP. Some areas say 15 and some say 18. Can you please confirm which is accurate
a. Sound was provided with an estimated construction duration of 15 months, and we are estimating a three-month period for demo and abatement.
4. We would like to formally request the Revit model (understanding its subject to change) for preliminary logistical planning/talking points as part of our response. Is this something the Architect can provide?
a. Yes, the Revit model will be provided as a separate attachment from Amenta Emma Architects.
