Request for Architectural Services - Removal and Replacement of Bathrooms at Roodner Court

REQUEST FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

The Housing Authority of the City of Norwalk (NHA) is seeking proposals from Architectural firms for the Removal and Replacement of Bathrooms at Roodner Court Apartments. The scope of these services and responsibilities is generally described under the Scope of Services section in the RFP.

The RFP can be Obtained by email to Gregory Lickwola, Director of Modernization at glickw@norwalkha.org. Proposals are to be received no later than 11:00 A.M on Wednesday, January 14, 2025. A walk through of the developments will take place on Tuesday, January 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Roodner Court Apartments, located at 261 Ely Avenue Norwalk, Ct 06854.

All procurement decisions shall be at the sole discretion of the Housing Authority of the City of Norwalk. The Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities in any response when this action appears to be in its best interest.
