The Emergency Meeting of the Norwalk Housing Authority Board of Commissioners convened at 9:02pm February 29, 2024.

PRESENT:
Brenda Penn-Williams, Chair
Isaac Walcott, Commissioner
John Church, Treasurer
Teneshia Jacobs, Commissioner
ABSENT:
Vice Chair Bermúdez-Montgomery
STAFF ATTENDING:
Adam Bovilsky, Executive Director
Kras Carlucci, Deputy Director
Lisa Endo, VP of Development
Greg Lickwola, Director of Modernization
Donna Lattarulo, General Council
Roll Call:
At 9:00pm, Chair Penn-Williams convened the meeting. She then recognized Commissioner Isaac Walcott, Vice Chair Liza Bermúdez-Montgomery, and Commissioner Teneshia Jacobs. Chair Penn-Williams noted that Treasurer John Church was expected shortly and that a quorum was established.
New Business:
20-65 Chair Penn Williams made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss a real estate matter.
Teneshia Jacobs seconded the motion.
All in Favor. Motion carried.
Commissioners moved into Executive Session.
At 10:05pm
20-66 Chair Penn Williams made a motion to move out of Executive Session.
Commissioner Walcott seconded the motion

Treasurer Church
Vote - 3 in favor, one opposed.
Commissioners exited the Executive Session.
20-67 Chair Penn Williams made a motion to terminate the real estate agreement as discussed in the Executive Session.
Commissioner Walcott seconded the motion.

Vote - 3 in favor, one opposed.
The motion carried.
20-68 Commissioner Walcott made a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Vote - 3 in favor, one abstention
The motion carried.
