🤝 Your FSS Coordinator: Here to Help You Succeed

When you join the FSS Program, you'll have a dedicated FSS Coordinator by your side to help you set and reach your personal and financial goals. Whether it's finding a job, saving for the future, or connecting to helpful community resources, your coordinator will guide you every step of the way.

What You'll Get:

  • Personalized support to reach employment and financial goals

  • Access to community resources like job training, childcare, and more

  • Help building skills to improve your career and life

  • Ongoing encouragement and guidance to keep you on track

 

💰 Build Your Savings with the FSS Escrow Account

As your income grows through the FSS Program, Norwalk Housing Authority (NHA) sets aside the difference between your original rent and the increased rent into a special escrow savings account for you.

When you successfully complete the program, you'll receive the funds in your escrow account, plus interest!

How You Can Use Your Savings:

  • Car repairs

  • Debt reduction

  • Down payment on a home

  • Or for any other financial goal you choose!
