A Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Norwalk was held on May 18, 2026, beginning at 5:30 PM.

The meeting was called to order at 5:34 PM.

Commissioners Present:
• Brenda Penn-Williams
• John Church
• Isaac Walcott
• Taneshia Jacobs
• Liza Bermudez-Montgomery, entered at 5:36 pm

Also present: Donna Lattarulo, Outside General Counsel

At 5:35 PM, Commissioner Church moved to enter Executive Session for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Walcott. All were in favor, and the motion carried unanimously.

At 5:36 PM, Commissioner Liza Bermudez-Montgomery entered the meeting.

At 6:45 PM, Commissioner Church moved to return to Regular Session. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Bermudez-Montgomery. All were in favor, and the motion carried unanimously.

At 6:46 PM, Commissioner Walcott moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Church. All were in favor, and the meeting was adjourned.
